patchshare
The classic modular synth is a mess of patch cables, sockets and knobs. It’s about control voltages, trigger signals and audio routed haphazardly around a bank of equipment which could fill an entire room. Modular music artists are helping themselves in more or less effective ways to be able to recall their patches.
patchshare.co provides a dedicated language to textually describe modules, racks and patches and renders scaleable vector graphics that artists can share online or use for print matters. I've been developing patchshare.co as a side project from ideation over research, conceptualization, prototyping and design to the first viable product.
